Misty’s Esthetic Lounge

To ensure efficient scheduling and show respect for our providers' time, Misty’s Aesthetic Lounge/Kyle Farr Aesthetics enforces a 48-hour Cancellation & No-Call/No-Show Policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or fail to show up without notifying us, a fee of 25% of the service will be charged to the card you used for booking, unless stated otherwise. In the event of an unforeseen emergency, where there is no record of previous late changes, we may consider utilizing all or a portion of the fee towards your next service, at our discretion. This policy allows us to maintain a high level of service for all our clients and providers.
